Checklist for Mailing Your Quilt Top

	Quilt top is square and pressed
	All threads are clipped
	If selvage is used in your quilt, clip along selvage on top and backing
	We can provide these services for an additional fee.
	Backing is AT LEAST eight inches longer AND wider than quilt top.
	Batting is AT LEAST eight inches longer AND wider than quilt top. We can provide the right batting for your quilt for an additional fee (this lowers your initial shipping costs).
	Completed Order Form (print from website elsolquilting.com).
	Wrap quilt top, batting, and backing in plastic bag before placing in shipping box.
	Insure for value of fabric and batting (if applicable).
	Do NOT claim the contents of your package is a 'quilt.' This alerts thieves to its valuable contents. Call the contents 'fabric and batting' instead.

El Sol will contact you IMMEDIATELY upon reciept of your package to discuss your order,  return dates, etc.  We will then mail you a detailed work order prior to quilting your quilt.
